Farm Fresh Marketing

Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Farm Fresh Marketing (https://farmfreedom-marketing.onrender.com) operated by GroundTruth Systems ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Farm Fresh Marketing provides marketing tools for farms, including caption creation, manual calendar planning, market insights, and publishing helpers that let you finish posting yourself. Optional Square and Stripe integrations may be available where configured. Features vary by subscription tier. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.

Automatic social publishing, direct social-account connection, engagement syncing, SMS alerts, paid Harvest access, B2B workspaces, stipends, and Video Coach are not currently sold features unless the product explicitly marks them available.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live).
Notify us promptly at dev.gts@protonmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe according to the pricing shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel by contacting us using the address on this page; cancellation stops future charges but does not retroactively refund prior periods unless required by law or stated in a promotion. Free trials and tier limits are described in the product and may change.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload or create (captions, images, inventory, etc.). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service and provide the manual export, sharing, and planning tools you request. You represent that you have rights to the content you post and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls
Scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the service without permission
Upload malware or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy
Use the service to spam or violate platform rules of connected networks (Meta, etc.)

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the service or other users.

Third-party services

Available integrations and service providers (such as Square, Stripe, analytics, and email) are subject to those providers' terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes. If a social-account integration is explicitly enabled later, connecting it will authorize only the actions shown in the product at that time.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." Market data, trends, and AI-generated captions are informational aids—not financial, legal, or agronomic advice. We do not guarantee specific marketing outcomes, uptime, or accuracy of third-party or generated content. You are responsible for reviewing posts before publishing.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GroundTruth Systems and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GroundTruth Systems from claims arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach, risk, or discontinuation of the product. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that by nature should survive (liability limits, indemnity, governing law) remain in effect. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised Terms with an updated effective date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

General

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and GroundTruth Systems regarding the service. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale.
